Robyn has represented us on numerous real estate transactions both on the buyer and seller side for over 8 years. She is a talented, well connected and savvy negotiator and has consistently impressed us with her professional and responsive service. Our most recent transaction with her was selling one of our properties – we signed the papers to list with her on Wednesday and by Saturday she had 5 showings lined up with Buyers – Monday at 6pm we accepted an offer 14K over ask. The Buyers were qualified, had their inspection completed and removed conditions 4 days later and the home had a smooth closing 5 weeks later – can’t ask for better service than that.
